It isn’t too late to get your gifts!
Christmas is quickly approaching and you are stuck for gift ideas? Then look no further, I have put together a little post on all the gift ideas for your book loving family and friends! For small businesses, we do recommend that today is the last day to make sure your items can be received by christmas. Obviously this year, there is a huge delay with postal services due to all of the craziness going on, so keep that in mind too!

Tinsel by Sibéal Pounder
Tinsel has a different approach to christmas novels and I cannot wait to get stuck in this week! I have tried so hard to resist reading this straight away, but wanted to save it. A christmas story with a feminist touch? Sign me up!
You can get your hands on a physical copy from Waterstones | Bookshop
You can also get your hands on the Kindle Edition from Amazon
Note: Bookshop suggests to purchase from your local bookshops, as they cannot guarantee that orders will be delivered in time for christmas.
What if somewhere along the way we’ve all got the Santa story a bit wrong…? Join Blanche Claus and her best friend Rinki for a funny festive sleigh ride you’ll never forget!
From Sibéal Pounder, bestselling author of the Witch Wars and Bad Mermaids series, this tale of friendship and mince-pie feasts is the perfect book to curl up with this winter. Funny, feminist and with a huge heart, it’s a gloriously Christmassy adventure that will delight even the biggest Grinch.
The Christmasaurus by Tom Fletcher
This one is going to be my christmas eve book this year! I have high hopes for this one and the anticipation is too much.
The Christmasaurus is a story about a boy named William Trundle, and a dinosaur, the Christmasaurus. It’s about how they meet one Christmas Eve and have a magical adventure. It’s about friendship and families, sleigh bells and Santa, singing elves and flying reindeer, music and magic. It’s about discovering your heart’s true desire, and learning that the impossible might just be possible . . .

A Mystery Book Subscription Box
Subscription boxes are so popular at the moment and if they are like me, I do love to find some new great reads I wouldn’t have picked up! Sites like Tea Time Bookshop have a variety of different box genres, from thriller/mystery, top 20, children’s, fantasy and more..
In the boxes from Tea Time Bookshop, you will receive a number of pre-loved books, a biscuit, a tea/coffee/hot chocolate and a bookmark too! I feel like these boxes are such a great idea and lovely present ideas too. My friend, Glen bought me a mystery box at the start of the lockdown and it was so perfect for me!
Maybe I have ordered another box, just after writing this..
(I have gone for a six book children’s box!)

Do not forget that Bookshop UK give a percentage of their sales to support independent bookstores of your choice! With this year being so difficult on the book industry and almost every other industry, please consider shopping from your independent stores whenever possible! I have a storefront on Bookshop with all the books I love and am looking forward to! Here is the link for that.
I hope you all have the most magical christmas, put your feet up and try to make the most out of this time. Fingers crossed we can all have a much better 2021 and I want to say a huge thank you to everybody who has supported me this year!
