Are you like me and are constantly buying books although you still have way too many in your TBR (To Be Read) pile? Well, maybe I have found some more books for you! Oops..

Amazon has so many incredible deals on their Kindle Books at the moment, so I had to share them with you. This post also includes affiliate links, where I will generate a small percentage of purchases.

With everything that is going on, I thought that I would share deals on Kindle Books as these don’t have to be delivered in person. Also, you can get your reading fix straight away!

These deals might only be a limited time price, so the prices are correct as of the date of this blog post.

Eleanor Oliphant Is Completely Fine Kindle Edition Gail Honeyman

Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine – £0.99 – https://amzn.to/3ahddg4

I actually have this book and am halfway through, and I’m really enjoying it so far! But Amazon are selling the Kindle Edition for 99p at the moment, plus it comes with Audio/Video too? I’m not too sure what the Audio/Video content is, but it sounds interesting!

Eleanor Oliphant has learned how to survive – but not how to live

Eleanor Oliphant leads a simple life. She wears the same clothes to work every day, eats the same meal deal for lunch every day and buys the same two bottles of vodka to drink every weekend.

Eleanor Oliphant is happy. Nothing is missing from her carefully timetabled life. Except, sometimes, everything.

One simple act of kindness is about to shatter the walls Eleanor has built around herself. Now she must learn how to navigate the world that everyone else seems to take for granted – while searching for the courage to face the dark corners she’s avoided all her life.

Change can be good. Change can be bad. But surely any change is better than… fine?

Origins Lewis Dartnell

Origins by Lewis Dartnell – £1.99 – https://amzn.to/2VnciX9

This sounds like such an interesting book. Mixing science with history and learning about the shape of human civilisations.

Human evolution in East Africa was driven by geological forces. Ancient Greece developed democracy because of its mountainous terrain. Voting behaviour in the United States today follows the bed of an ancient sea.

Professor Lewis Dartnell takes us on an astonishing journey into our planet’s past to tell the ultimate origin story. Blending science and history, Origins reveals the Earth’s awesome impact on the shape of human civilisations – and helps us to see the challenges and opportunities of the future.

A Treachery Of Spies Manda Scott

A Treachery Of Spies – £0.99 – https://amzn.to/2zjhfI9

A body has been found. The elderly victim’s identity has been cleverly obscured but one thing is clear: she has been killed in the manner of traitors to the Resistance in World War Two.

To find answers in the present, police inspector Inès Picaut must look to the past; to 1940s France, a time of sworn allegiances and broken promises, where the men and women of the Resistance fought for survival against Nazi invaders.

But, as Picaut soon discovers, there are those in the present whose futures depend on the past remaining buried, and who will kill to keep their secrets safe. Old fashioned espionage might be a thing of the past but treachery is as dangerous as ever.

Pine Francine Toon

Pine by Francine Toon – £1.99 – https://amzn.to/3evPUT7

They are driving home from the search party when they see her. The trees are coarse and tall in the winter light, standing like men.

Lauren and her father Niall live alone in the Highlands, in a small village surrounded by pine forest. When a woman stumbles out onto the road one Halloween night, Niall drives her back to their house in his pickup. In the morning, she’s gone.

In a community where daughters rebel, men quietly rage, and drinking is a means of forgetting, mysteries like these are not out of the ordinary. The trapper found hanging with the dead animals for two weeks. Locked doors and stone circles. The disappearance of Lauren’s mother a decade ago.

Lauren looks for answers in her tarot cards, hoping she might one day be able to read her father’s turbulent mind. Neighbours know more than they let on, but when local teenager Ann-Marie goes missing it’s no longer clear who she can trust.

In the shadow of the Highland forest, Francine Toon captures the wildness of rural childhood and the intensity of small-town claustrophobia. In a place that can feel like the edge of the word, she unites the chill of the modern gothic with the pulse of a thriller. It is the perfect novel for our haunted times.
